Designing a Mobile-First Learning Experience
The goal was to create a clean, mobile-native LMS where learning, discussions, content creation feel effortless. Product requirements were carefully translated into clear user flows & structured visual designs that guide users naturally. The key challenge was bringing multiple features together without overwhelming the interface, ensuring experience stayed simple, focused, & easy to navigate.
Understanding the problem
Research & Discovery
- Stakeholder Deep-Dive Sessions: Worked closely with the PM to translate draft docs into real user needs and feature priorities.
- Learner Behavior Mapping: Studied how users discover discussions, create posts, and manage profiles.
- Content Structure Audit: Analyzed how information (courses, discussions, profiles) should be grouped for mobile clarity.
